Announcement: IMPORTANT CLASS UPDATE

October 25, 2019

Dear Learning Lab Participants,

I apologize for the late notice, but I was just informed that there’s an activity in downtown Claremont tomorrow (Village Venture), so some of the streets are going to be blocked off and the usual parking areas next to Middle Tree will be unavailable. Joe Atman recommends parking on the south side of the railroad tracks and walking up to Middle Tree, but wherever you choose to park, you should plan on at least an extra 10 minutes to get there. Since there will likely be a few individuals who either don’t receive this message or aren’t aware of the the activity, we’re going to start 15 minutes later than scheduled. So, tomorrow’s session will start at 9:15am rather than 9:00am (local time).

One other quick unrelated item. If you ever have trouble locating the course page on the website, you can find it under your student profile page. Hopefully you’ve noticed that when you’re logged in your first name is displayed in the right side of the main menu (at the top of the page). If you drag your mouse over your name or touch your name, a sub-menu will appear, and the first option is “Student Profile”. On your profile page you can find a link to the course below your name under the “Your Courses” section header.

As always, if you’re having any difficulties or need any help please don’t hesitate to let me know. Hope to see you tomorrow morning.
