excerpt from Marman: relationships between quanta and organisms (about 9 pg)

A nine page excerpt from the longer (139) page paper which itself is a piece of his book “Lenses of Perception”. He is not a philosopher and thus sometimes not as systematic as one can get used-to, but a brilliant thinker and able to keep such wide-ranging beasts in the corral that I marvel.
