Greetings. I enjoyed participating in our Learning Circle last night, and decided to take the course “Probing Process and Reality.” The course is prerecorded (for me time-shifting is a bonus) and the course is Dr. Cobb going through Process and Reality and sharing his insights. Lecture 1 is elaborating on the 9 items in the preface that Whitehead declares “repudiated,” and is doing it in such easy and natural language that I would encourage signing up for the course on this site if you have not already. You could on your own research all of the 9 items (as I was starting to do, being unfamiliar with several), but Dr. Cobb has a broad context, decades of active engagement with the text, and decades of practice communicating the key points he thinks one ought to attend to. I now have multiple insights into Whitehead’s work that I had missed in my own reading of the preface. The course is offered on a donation basis. Best wishes.
