Which form of Psi phenomena are you most interested in? and have you checked out the Telepathy Tapes yet? And who’s to say that we are not already “psychokinetic” as JGB put it – maybe we just aren’t paying attention and have an impoverished understanding of causality!

Yeah my take away was that the quantum thing was a bit of a red herring, and that the real distinction being made was between classes and instances.

I’ve written a post on this already, but its explicitly mentioned that ‘quantum events’ are not actual entities because they are particles, and actual entities are a metaphysical category. The definition of a quantum event is misguided but it seems the point was just that actual entities as a class refer to instances. In otherwords there’s a hierarchy of abstraction, and actual entities are a generic referent rather than the signified objects (the actual ‘actual entities’) that they encapsulate.
