Hi Bester, the leading advocate is Huanan Gong from East China Normal University as far as I know. But he seems rarely writes in English. Below are 3 websites respectively about his basic information, one work of him written in English and a review on his main book in Chinese.

I know some Chinese scholars also revolt against Platonian visual philosophy, but they use ‘taste’ not ‘smell’, rooted in the traditional thought.

Hi, Keren, this is Jim Wang from Beijing, a philosophy graduate student for a master degree concerning process philosophy, philosophy of science, Chinese philosophy, nice to meet you! At first glance of your project, you seem to try to replace the grounding status of vision with smell, that will be a great turn in Western philosophy!
